This month's 1st place winner of the special Patreon Art Contest is Just Another Patron, who won in a close race: 29 v 27 v 23 with their idea about an expanding Allison's sister, Monica (a non-canon character, created by the Patron).

Here are 14 work-in-progress stages on the making of this image.

Patron's requests included: Similar hairstyle to the Feb 2025 Color (which is the same image as the Cupid animation from this month) but slightly messy and longer length so it's past her shoulders. Hair color can be Allison's hair color; normal lips instead of the larger kind like Allison's; light boob veins; Vera levels of milk spray; and a big mess under her from Carl's cum as if it's puddling below.

Carl meets Allison's older sister, Monica, who has a much more intense growth condition. Instead of becoming an ultra bimbo, she becomes a Mega-MILF (thiccer thighs, plumper butt, larger boobs, bigger nipples, lact@tion). She's having sex with Carl in her bedroom (Carl obscured behind her). Carl causes Monica to MILF-out more as stuffs her full of c*m.
