Vera's younger (but bigger) s!ster, Vivian, has come to visit. She looks similar to Vera but with a younger face and a bob haircut. She's currently 21 feet tall. Like Vera, she is a professional wet nurse with size 17 boobs but she is also a professional surrogate and therefore enormously pregnant with huge hips and the size 15 butt that goes with it.
It'd be a POV of looking at Vivian in a sun dress, that's split wide open exposing her belly, standing in the yard going, "Vera! Come and give your little s!ster a hug and tell me all about this boy who's been making you, Heidi, Heather, and Holly huge."*
