This is the ink version (on top of an original pencil drawing) for a breast expansion illustration. Back then, I had no wacom tablet or Cintiq. So, I used to draw on paper in pencil, sometimes inking it on the paper, scan it in, then paint it in Photoshop (with a mouse!).
