Pulchra Alpha, Beta, and RC Update

This is the first update to our RC patrons bringing not only all of the amazing textures and features from Alpha and Beta but more importantly, optimizations! This update guarantees much better performance across the board and will allow everyone to run it on lower consumer hardware. Alpha and Beta patrons have already received a majority of the optimizations coming to RC but also gain micro-optimizations on top of the major ones. These optimizations have allowed me to reduce the pack size from 2GB to 1.1GB and then to 0.9GB. With this update and micro-optimizations, I was able to get the pack down to 0.6GB.
With the primary focus being optimizations I was not able to add in many new textures but was able to add in the chain-mail armor. I eventually plan on revamping the other armors that are in the pack already with much more realistic and better-looking versions. Our first poll for diamond patrons will be out soon for what everyone wants to be worked on next.
