Book reading depends partly on the story and partly on how tired I am if it makes me sleepy. For the book reading RPs, I enjoy a little RP, then book reading, then gentle touches and comfort after to put me to sleep. For some of the Hardy Boys series (which I enjoyed a lot) I didn't always get put to sleep cause there wasn't always enough after the book reading and I enjoyed listening to your storytelling and the plot too much to fall asleep during it. Sorry for the long answer, I hope it's helpful. 🥰 Also I'm sure everyone is a little different but this is how I feel.
