Added 2019-07-14 00:00:01 +0000 UTCPainting the city lights for this one was pretty fun. I thought it was going to be a hassle, but I developed a special brush on the spot to make it a lot easier. Combining it with a special glow gradient ramp and brush mode and it was a piece of cake. :3
