Sean Finnegan, 56, will be on trial for the torture, rape, and murder of Jennifer Paxton, who died in December 2019. Her body was stuffed in a freezer and smarty pants thought it was a good idea to hide her frozen body under his bed when the police came to question him and his girlfriend, Rebecca Dishman.
Rebecca was part of the torture of Jennifer, but she pleaded guilty and has been sentenced to life in prison plus 50 years, for charges relating to Jennifer AND the sexual assault of a minor. She will be testifying against Sean Finnegan, which should be interesting!
These two offered Jennifer a place to stay, but instead of a home, she found herself in a torture chamber with two extremely depraved individuals.
May there be justice for Jennifer Paxton (36)! This is a death penalty trial, set to last 1-2 weeks, including the punishment phase. I will start 1.5-2 hours after the live court feed starts in order to de-fluff (skip over coffee and lunch breaks).
