I think they also took so long to debut to give them a chance to bond as a team

I'm hoping to get to Mama Said next week.

Thank you! I didn't know any of this. If they've been training as a group since 2020, that really is a long time. It'll be interesting to see how they do. I'm hoping to get to Mama Said soon. I'm interested in checking these guys out more.

I'll be getting to Mama Said pretty soon here.

I really enjoyed this pre-debut song. And yes, it means something like "uh huh sure", which is also in the lyrics. Very catchy, upbeat and nice voices. Mama Said is so fun. Very much stuck in my head haha. I think you would like it.

Kickflip (킥플립) (can be shorten to KFP) is a skateboard maneuver. JYP wants them to be as self-producing as possible (like Stray Kids) which is why he took so long to debut them. Formed through the SBS survival show LOUD On November 2, 2020, SBS announced that they would be launching a new boy group audition show in collaboration with JYP Entertainment's J.Y. Park and P Nation's PSY to create two global boy groups. LOUD began airing on June 5, and ended on September 11, 2021, with Yoon Min (윤민), Lee Gye Hun (Kyehoon), Amaru (Japanese), Keiju (Japanese) and Lee Dong Hyeon being selected as members of the future boy group of JYP Entertainment. (The PNation group debuted in 2022 as TNX) On April 11, 2023, Yoon Min left JYPE and the group. KickFlip, were supposed to make their debut announcement on January 1, 2025. However, on December 30, it was announced that all of their activities would be postponed to January 6 due to the recent Jeju Air accident. On January 5, KickFlip announced their debut mini album, Flip It, Kick It, scheduled for January 20. All seven members were revealed later that day, with new faces Donghwa, Juwang, and Minje being introduced. They did a couple of 'special lecture' episodes with the different JYPE groups , getting lessons in various things. Changbin and IN talked to them about their concept and how to stand-out (by making them do weird things 😁) Their song Warrior was done with YoungK from Day6. I quite like the whole album. Kyehoon was a trainee with them, and could also have become a Stray Kid 응 그래 can be translated as yeah-yeah, sure (boomer) if you say so

They released that song around two weeks pre debut, and the actual title track is 'Mama said', I think. I like the first mini album. It's fun
