I think I'll join! OR Wow she's been with my group a long time but doesn't post about them much anymore - It's not worth it to join So yes - one group will probably always win because their newbies have the most incentive to become members

I could only hope and pray that people get me so much stuff there would be nothing left for me to go shopping for lol. I could really do without shopping. I like the advice about sneaking something for something into the registry, though. And I just saw the KickFlip MV pop up on my YT homepage. Had no idea what it was. Didn't know who the group was. Now I do. Might just have to check that out.

2025-01-06 21:11:25 +0000 UTCThe last company I worked for (20 years) did not do vacation checks. So if you didn't save yourself, tough luck. My Grandmother was superstitious, so Christmas decorations had to be down by the 12th day of Christmas (6th January) and never put up the calendar before the new year starts. (Her family were Scottish) The German side of the family only put the tree up on the 24th. We have a public holiday on the 16th, so that is when we normally put up decorations (unfold and plug the tree in 😁) Don't know if you saw that JYPE has finally debuted the team from the LOUD competition almost two years ago (JLOUD) called KickFlip https://www.youtube.com/@kickflip_jype/shorts They have just released their debut MV https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L__ITOj-g8E Family is always different when it comes to babies. When my Mom was pregnant with me, my Grandmother worked at a pharmacy and filled a diaper bucket with all sorts of practical things (soaps etc. Turned out that I was allergic to all of it 🤣) My Dad came home and my Mom was crying because everybody had bought stuff and there was nothing left for her to go shopping for. 😂 Just a tip, when making a list of things for the baby, add a few things for yourself. I usually get something for the Mom as well. After all, she is the one doing all the work! 😊 But congratulations, and I hope it all goes smoothly. You really did make a totally new start in 2024!

I did go to sleep at 9...AM 1 January, so yeah) I honestly thought with age I'm gonna be celebrating less and less birthdays, new year, etc., because usually I remember as a kid, adults paid less attention to this stuff, but I feel like I on the contrary celebrate each year harder than last one.

In my last year there, I finally convinced them to start paying vacation pay throughout the year whenever people wanted it. Management thought people liked the big paycheck at the end of the year... but... people suddenly started taking time off throughout the year and not saving it. Crazy. Anyway. Your Christmas sounds lovely. Absolutely lovely. And Railroad?! Interesting. Very, very interesting. That's all I'll say.

More vacation days to begin with, much more, and paid of course, and then there is vacation pay, which is a percentage of your pay and used to be paid out in one in May. Nowadays it's often a little different and you can take it out of your "account" throughout the year. Which...I do hahaha. Haha yesss, I am the same about babies. Sure, they are cute and all, but yeah ..I adore my nephews and pieces and if I had had a child of my own I would have adored that as well...but otherwise...I just don't go all baby-crazy. And registries??!?! That is NUTS My Christmas was nice. Away with my brother, his wife and their son. In the middle of the woods. Hiking every single day. For hours . And nice food. And presents in new year's eve. Tree? It's still up. Mine is usually up until Three Kings. This year a little longer because the tree collection isn't until the 11th! Incredibly late, but it's the first Saturday after Three Kings I suppose Starting with Chan's MV....wow...well...I have to say In look forward to your interpretation. Very much so.
