Even still, I'll try my hand without trying to play through again to find the answers (open-note or not, I don't have quite that amount of time): 1. The king's name is (was?) Isaac. I'll be damned if I can recall the name of the queen, though. 2. Angeline's sword is Sigurd; its twin is Fafnir. 3. I cannot recall the name of the city; but (assuming you're talking about everyone at Stars Reach and not just permanent residents) I do recall Zariinna hailing from there. I think.
