DLC: Hot Spring Art + News
Added 2020-01-01 21:27:16 +0000 UTCWe wanted the first DLC adventure to start things off with a bang and release before New Years, but we may have gone a bit overboard (Din's fault). Not only were we trying to work during the biggest holiday season of the year, but we are also trying some new things with the gameplay and adding additional voice work.
Eventually, we want to be producing DLC on a monthly basis, so thank you for your patience while we find our rhythm. Rest assured, while Escape from Borg Mountain DLC is a little late, as you can see by some of the art we've released, it will be worth the wait (=
Now that the bad news is out of the way, let's talk about cool stuff, like plans for future DLC! If you've already finished the main story of Faulty Apprentice, you'll know that the world is much larger than Stars Reach castle and you're going to need to explore it to find the other-- *cough-cough* no spoilers!
Anyways, just because the real adventure is just beginning, doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to live happily ever after with the woman you love. <3
Therefore, DLC will be broken down into two types, Adventure-based and Character-based DLC.
- Adventure-based DLC will involve multiple characters as an adventuring party and continue the main story.
- Character-based DLC will focus on one character's personal story and will be a resolution for your relationship with them. For example, we did a poll and Mavie will be the first Character-based DLC. If you would like to be involved in the next voting, support at $10+ tiers!
