You jump in front of Sunny and into the magic circle! However, the moment your boots hit the ground you have always known and trusted to stay underneath you, you felt betrayed and confused why the ground no longer feels beneath you... It was if an eagle had swept you up and released you at the peak of its flight, leaving you to plummet to the Earth's surface. This sensation would one day be known as 'freefall' and sought after by extreme sporting enthusiasts, or 'adrenaline junkies' for the purposes of enjoyment, but for you at the present moment, it was just plain terrifying.

(Intelligence) Instead of screaming and passing out, like any farm boy would when met with the sensation of falling into an invisible well with no bottom, you remember your Training. This is magic, and you can do this if you just hold your ground!

Embracing the frightened girl firmly with one arm, and her wand with the other, you whisper a word of comfort before picking put the Spell chant. Doing your best to say the words properly, you find the task of concentration exceedingly difficult as the realization of the situation hits you.

Apprentice: (I can feel Sunny's tiny body up against mine!!)

Holding the cat girl close, the subtle lumps and curves of her torso press against your pelvis and lower chest. Enjoying the wonderful sensation of her body up against yours, you can't help but feel something odd happening. You start to be able to feel Sunny's body REALLY well. Like so well it feels like...
