The would suggest a mounted guard, at least to me. I would cast my vote as Griffin Guard. Possibly watching from the top of one of the towers.

2018-10-25 19:39:32 +0000 UTCWith a lance and shield, she appears to be cavalry. If those are wings on her back, that would make her air cavalry, and she'd be best positioned up high, either a tower or a wall, ready to engage enemy fliers or swoop in and smash ground targets.
