How did the Commander get ice powers?

- Touch: Just added a shameless feature to let you touch the main characters at their hub screens. Some may trigger sounds and expression changes. Just be warned if you touch some characters too much in inappropriate places they might not apprciate it. And just between us here on Patreon. Save your game before you try touching the Commander. She might not be as patient as other characters.. (=

I can't remember if it was ever mentioned since its been a while, but I think it'd be cool if you incorporated the icy area of the castle that connects to the sea. Soon as I remembered that I though it'd be a cool story telling device for her. Hawk's talk of ice trolls also sparked the idea of her having faced a more Nordic threat. Nordic mythology has lots of great monsters, like the Jötunn which are ice giants. Because the ice of Stars Reach's ice patch connecting it to the sea I think it'd be easy to say that the castle was once attacked by sea from a band of Jötunn, much like how Vikings raided England. As far as the Commander getting the powers I like Hawk's idea a lot, like a lot a lot, but I feel like her design might need to reflect in some way the story of her suffering her heart being pierced. Also I think there would need to be a reason she absorbed the ice power. Instead make the Commander barely live from the wound but as a result she was cursed by it, giving her ice affinity but at the same time changing her personality to the somewhat stone cold attitude she has now. The Commander could of been the kind hearted care free hero of the old Stars Reach and to an extend she still is, just with a bit of a harsh/cold streak now. I feel like shes the kind of character who would turn her weakness into a strength and this story would help emphasize that IMO.
