Eternal Stars: Talmuri PSD

This piece was all done with line art sketch, flat colours, and layer effects. I know it looks painted right?! There are a lot of cool things going on in the PSD so I wanted to share.
Notes:
- Translucent skin: Duplicating the line art layer and inverting the colour to white, then nudging it upwards. Also duplicating the the character silhouette and putting it above the "organs" adjusting the fill amount and inner glow + bevel emboss layer effects. (double click where it says inner glow to see effect details)
Photoshop tools can be used in many ways, not just what their names suggest. Becoming familiar with these tools, and thinking out of the box with their capabilities can improve the speed and quality of your concept art. SUPER COOL RIGHT?!
