Simblreen 2022 Treat #4: Charlotte Dress

To me, my character Charlotte is the most regal and elegant sim in my story, and when I made this dress, I had to think about how gorgeous she would look in it. This dress contains parts of a Sifix dress and the Curbs skirt!
