If you are a newer Patreon supporter (and I haven't mailed you a shade ball before) you may get one in this round without filling out the form. Just make sure your address is entered alongside your Veritasium pledge.
I'll give you a deadline of midnight this Friday June 5th to get all your details updated and form submitted if necessary. Then we'll start shipping next week.
