It was a rough night for the Superstud. Having just battled two punks carrying extra-thick chunks of pink kryptonite, Superman was all but spent. Fortunately for him, he managed to triumph over the common goons. Huffing and moaning softly, the hero of Metropolis promised to bring the two to justice, when suddenly...

His addled senses finally regained a modicum of their superheroic power. Superman picked up the sound of a familiar chuckle from somewhere behind him.

Lobo, Czarnian bounty hunter, stood watching, a broad grin spread across his ashen face. He was holding an empty, supreme-quality glass container of some kind. Something he'd been contracted to fill to the brim. For 10 million and a shot at the Man of Steel, who was Lobo to say no?

The pink kryptonite continued to glow nearby as Superman confronted the leather-clad villain...

Hey, everyone! I hope that you're doing well.

I was initially going to do a Hercules story for this month, but I was having trouble coming up with a good idea in time to begin. It was on a spur-of-the-moment thing that I thought about trying Lobo again. I'd attempted him one time, many, many years ago at Barbaric Brawn. That... didn't turn out so well. I like to think this redeems that.

I had a few options for the hair and I tried them all. None of them felt right. Then I noticed that I had this one that I'd intended to use for Conan sometime, that really fit the heavy metal look I was going for with him.

I hope that you enjoy this bit of a (more like totally) one-sided battle! I've probably mentioned this a few times before, but Superman is my favorite superhero, so I have a lot of fun putting him in perilous situations.
