Hey all, so this is just a little update to try and keep you all in the loop with what’s been going on with me and work and all that jazz.
I’ll be real honest, I haven’t been doing too flash hot. I’ve been on and off sick for the past month, and now I have gotten a new method of birth control which is giving me constant abdominal pains and generally making me feel a bit trash.
Due to life events and world events, my mental health has also taken a nose dive, namely my anxiety has decided to flare up, which comes with a whole host of its own physical symptoms on top of it.
I have very little energy to do too much, and I feel really bad about dropping the ball with suits and videos, but I’m trying my best to get back on track, I’ll be starting slowly and trying to work my way back into a semi regular rhythm, but for the moment, won’t be as quick as I’m used to, to avoid burning myself out and causing more delays.
I appreciate every single one of you, and your patience with me, and I’m super sorry for dropping the ball like this.
