Discussion Post - What helped you solve your low libido?

We just shared BKS listener’s and our new blog contributor’s Ester Brown's (Its_EsterB) journey with with low libido on our blog.
And it struck me as a great question to pose on Patreon as well.
So for listeners who have struggled with low libido, what helped you? How did you solve it?
And before anyone says the Prince Harry inspired audio solved their low sex drive...I don't believe you...

For me its all about the headspace, I learned with my low libido it takes me a very long time to warm up (like well over an hour usually) and that I need to be patient with it. It helps that I am an audiophile and a visual person so your recordings help immensely!!

Friends use to tease me that I was the willing friend to try anything. Life happens you make friends and you get that one friend that just wrecks you and not in a good way. You know they are trouble and everyone else is blind or she is cute so people like her and it ruined me. Went from Dom to sub due to her constant cutting me down. Depression hit me hard, my long term relationship was failing. I was a wreck. I did not feel worthy, of love of anything I did not see my self getting better. I hit therapy, then the gym, started making goals for my self and little by little I got better. I read literotica because watching porn was 90 percent women degrading. Then, it hit me, there has to be audio. One then another I was hooked. I felt better about myself. I know it's a script and it is not really said to me. But hearing it helped so much. Having that positive, you are worth it, when ever I want to hear it has changed me. For the better. I am legit happier, listening to the Book Girl and Hot Jock, the writing and VA throughout this site has me writing again. As I use to write literotica for friends, creative juices are flowing. B KS was discovered and I had to become a Patreon. Just, wanted to say thank you. For being the grappling hook I needed to get out of this pit of despair. More happy than I have been in a long time, more active and imaginative, I cannot wait to create again and yes my sex drive is very high now.

2023-10-29 15:54:38 +0000 UTCI take a lot of medications that can lower my libido and it’s sucks. I didn’t want to take anything more to try to up mine so I did other things. I read smut books, listen to audio and even masturbate when ever I get the urge to. It’s been life changing and my libido has come back full force. I want it everyday, all day! Lol. My husband says it’s because I’m in my early 30s but I was this way in my 20s, until the medication.

2023-10-14 14:12:37 +0000 UTCNew here. Have been celibate for too many years lol. I had a hysterectomy a year ago and my libido is off the charts. But I’m also old enough to control myself and not do dumb things with dumb people that don’t mean me any good if that makes sense. That being said, I feel bad for the next man I get a hold of 😂😂😈
