Happy new year! [personal update]

Happy new year everyone!

2024 was certainly… a year. I’m looking forward to see what 2025 will bring us, in the current state of the world, I hope it’s good. We all deserve peace and rest.

First of all, I would like to thank all of you for supporting me. Plus, the monetary support has helped a lot mentally; I don’t have to worry if I want to buy a book or a cinema ticket, and I have been able to commission some artists I had on my radar for a while. For some it might not seem like a lot, but it is.

Many things happened, but I’m glad my love for art is still there. I have so many ideas to explore for my own characters and world building. I have mentioned it in prior posts, but I’m so happy that you offer such interesting ideas and characters, I have been able to practice what I wanted and I have progressed a lot.

I got some active projects for this year. I’ll be participating in some Guest work from one of my favorite artists ever, as well as in a Gotcha fundraiser. A good excuse to draw fanart and humans. I’m very excited to share them soon (February, agh!!) Sadly, it seems like the comic won’t be happening, but I’d like to try and do simple comics on my own.

Finally, when it comes to commissions, I think I made up my mind. I’ll only have a few slots available a month (probably 2 for SFW and 2 for NSFW, depending on the difficulty). I’d prefer to work better on the requests and Patreon stuff (yes, the Kindred illustration will be here soon XD), and also on my own stuff, instead of creating a ton of YCHs and taking every commission offer I see. I enjoy them, but I’ll reduce them. Commission slots will be announced at the start of the month. Essentially, I won’t be making more YCHs UNLESS I really the idea.
