All work and no play

Your body relaxed slightly, as your partner hugged you from behind. You let out a sigh, as you felt their chin on your shoulder. “Long day, honey?” They asked.
You nodded, one hand gently running over their forearm. “Very long. And tiring. I just…” Words failed you.
They pulled you even closer for a moment, before bringing their hands to your shoulders, and then pausing. You nodded your assent to the unasked question. You needed to relax, and their hands were magical when it came to this. Their fingers set to work.
“I hate to see you like this babe, all stressed, day after day. You deserve a break. Your mind deserves a break.” You could feel your shoulder muscles unwinding under their fingers. “Would you like that? I know you would, my sweet.” You nodded, absent mindedly agreeing.
They laughed, soft. Low. A laugh that promised something more than just relaxation. “Okay, follow me, my love.” They took you by the hand, leading you to bed. They lay you down, and straddled you. “There we go. Doesn’t that feel better already?”
As their hand stroked down your chest, as they leant over you, you had to admit, it did. It felt nice, to be held in place like this. “Hey, baby, look at me. Look me in the eye.” You obeyed, easily. Effortlessly, And felt the foggy feelings in your mind intensify.
“That’s it, sweetie, time to drift away.” You couldn’t look away from their eyes. You felt your thoughts dissolving into fog. “All work and no play makes you all dull. But that’s okay. You can take a break, so I can play with you. I’ve had so many fun ideas, you’ll love it.”
