The music guided you both as you danced with your partner, them leading you following, always following. Immaculate footwork, beautiful passion as the sound of strings swelled around you. Their eyes kept catching yours. You were alone on this floor, there were no others to avoid.
As you stared into their eyes, feeling your body move to their whims, move to their gentle touches that let you show off to the watching crowd just what you could do, you felt alive. Energy bursting through you and letting you feel so wonderful.
As they spun you, you felt your mind focus down onto the movements. Losing all sight of everything else. There was just you and them in this moment. Just your bodies, working together, your minds, producing this beautiful, sensual dance that delighted the crowd.
Now, could hear the end of the song coming, felt them gather you in their arms, and they let you drop, lowering you to the floor, gently, as your mind shut off, dropped with your body into nothingness. The crowd erupted, and you sank, just for a moment, into trance.
