Their eyes are all you can see. All you want to see. You can feel yourself being drawn to them, even as your mind begins to sink, without them even saying a word. One of their fingers is below your chin, holding you, ever so gently.
And as they blink, your eyes sink too, just for a moment. But it feels much longer. Your thoughts are drying up, scattering.
They blink again, your eyelids droop, and blink with them. So heavy, so weakโฆ
They blink a third time, and let the finger go, downwards, and you fall forwards, into them, into trance, as they catch you, holding you close to their chest. Their fingers running through your hair as they whisper their words into your ear.
