Time interval between updates for the different tiers

The new system is this one:
- Peeper tier: 30 days before public release.
- Voyeur tier: 35 days before public release.
- Supporter tier: 40 days before public release.
- Pro-Supporter tier: 45 days before public release.
- Extra-Supporter tier: 50 days before public release.
- Contributor tier: 60 days before public release.
- DESIRED ONE tier: 70 days before public release.
- GOD! tier: 80 days before public release.
Keeping the old system, but with the 30 days until the public release, it would be like this:
- Peeper tier: 30 days before public release.
- Voyeur tier: 35 days before public release.
- Supporter tier: 40 days before public release.
- Pro-Supporter tier: 45 days before public release.
- Extra-Supporter tier: 50 days before public release.
- Contributor tier: 55 days before public release.
- DESIRED ONE tier: 65 days before public release.
- GOD! tier: 70 days before public release.

New system is no longer active, we're back to 5 days gap between tiers. We only mantain the 30 days since Peeper tier release and public one.
