Primal Desires [0.5] leaked!
Added 2022-01-09 17:42:46 +0000 UTCI just found out that the update [0.5] of the game has been stolen and posted on F95zone about 10 hours ago.
I fully understand that these things happen, but it's not a nice thing to see. It's playing with people's work without any qualms!
To the person responsible for this, I sincerely hope it doesn't happen again...

On the one hand, the higher tiers have access to the game earlier, but they also "test" the game so that the lower tiers have a better product, no bugs and fixed. The F95, on the other hand, is great advertising, but you only "show up" once a month. If you were releasing the game to everyone at once (for all tiers) you would get additional advertising on the F95 because you could "appear" there more often with hotfixes, official compressions and language upgrades. You would eliminate the "gray area" element of the game. Of course, in that case you would have to come up with a different reward for the higher tiers, which I understand is not easy.

I myself support developers whose games get leaked regularly like Guter Reiter (maker of Exciting Games), MANITU (maker of Game Of Whores) to name a few. Leaks will happen the more popular your game becomes and it is impossible to control it. Ask Lust&Passion how they have such a high number of patreon in spite of their game leaking a few days after every release. TLDR: you cannot stop it but people who wish to support you will continue to, so relax and hopefully this game can get better and better because I am loving it so far.

Anyway these things happen to so many games that cannot really remender all of them. If can share my personal thought, i find these games always on websites like F95zone, and then if I like the game, I go finding out the developer/s if i can support it. The truth is, that now i'm supporting too many developers.. so I'm leveling my pledges to the lowest possible instead of unsubscribing but that's my problem 🤣
