Ok look. With the more-or-less death of any social media I care for, idk what to do with this comment. But because I feel like the talk of this was either in a clapcast, or some clapcast adjacent bits that made it into a true episode, I'll put it here. i got burrata this weekend for the first time for a little get together, and it was SO GOOD. Anyway, thanks to Keith and FATT for introducing me to the good wet cheese.
