It has been a slooowww drawing month, my friends, but I did manage to create something just for myself. I've been feeling stuck in my style and like it has the texture of over-steamed vegetables. This looks wildly different to me, but I'm curious if it looks different to you.
I was having coffee with Conky when she said "Imma hold your titties when I say this, put the soft airbrush down!" And so I did! I traded it for some soft pastels. I also got into doing more hatching. I'm always a little afraid of it, but it's so easy to erase in digital art, I let myself just play around. I'm trying to incorporate more texture.
This was supposed to be a quick portrait study, but I just kept going...whoops.
