Itβs okay to want that, and Iβm glad youβre making time to let yourself have that comfort, and relaxation.
This file is a guided hypnotic visualization of experiencing some aftercare. It uses large amounts of permissive language to let the listener engage with the elements of the file they want and contains a visualized pocked dimension safe space, having a special snack, experiencing a sensation of being cared for blooming inside you like a warm glow, and assertions that I am proud of you for making self care a priority.
