Ok! only three more figures to go, Saved these for last as they are the biggest in terms of detailing. Tomorrow I will tackle all of these and hopefully finish up by the end of the night, if not sooner!

Today finished up Flat color process by adding a outline stroke layer to all character drawings on each page. I then proceeded onto working on backgrounds! and shading them.Tomorrow I will jump to page 71, creating that whole picture, then placing it into this final panel of page 71

Creation Process Notes-

WOOH! Ok, got the lineart accomplished for the following pages before the weekend begins! I'm always trying to find an efficient workflow to pair for my dayjob schedule to output pages in a timely manner. I feel like using the days off to get the drawing done might be a better strategy. That way, when the weekend comes, and I have some downtime during the commission, I just focus on filling in colors, instead of drawing, which is more intensive for me. Then when Tuesday hits, everything is just set to render

Story Planning/ Notes-

So a couple of goals for these pages- I was happy with the addition of the collage for the ball toss, I felt like it added a better connection between the two, rather than the original panels I planned. However, I still wanted more length before the hit to deepen the connection and just not feel like a two-second game haha. Secondly, I wanted to do it in an efficient way that did not require a bunch of pages to reset the pace. My solution was to zoom out, and show passes through speech bubbles, getting some shots of Holt's Nude Body while doing so!

This sequence brings into frame the forest critter shown on page 23. It will be important when Holt awakes in the middle of the night. This critter will be the source of Holt experiencing a chill, which causes our unconscious sleeping yeen to cuddle up against Holt to warm her <3. Causing me to draw tender shots of both parties' bits close to one another

Bringing this critter character in was probably first inspired by my history of watching our house cats sit outside a person's door, while a conversation sparked inside XD.

On page 72 (Yeen hanging from the ceiling)-

At first I only planned to have he to by the only image on the page, but I decided to add Holt looking up at her as I thought it would get across better how both are emotionally feeling in this moment

On Page 74 ( Yeen Catching Holt)-

This scene will be lit by the final flickers of flames from the knocked over logs, im contemplating adding a minor tail wag to show her fanning out some of the flames that would be positioned near her feet
