Im a big fan of Shichiro Kobayashi's watercolor work. The way he translated nature to the page by forming a variety of textures through multiple mediums is so captivating to me! For finished illustrations I would personally like to gain more control for going detailed in some areas, however, it is the overall looseness of his way of working that draws me in. leaving room for my imagination to wander in the undefined.

Oh goodness I’m honored that it does thank you! he is another one of my other favorite artists! And Kobayashi is a real treat ^_^ all the unique ways he is able to “say” tree, water,rock, flower.
