Worldbuilding - Food and Recipes

I did a lot of research and work and I put in the time and effort to actually make things that would taste good! The recipes listed would make for a basic Verdant meal for about 4-5 people, depending upon how much you like to noms!
The food chart is a basic list of everything available to Verdant people. I wanted to give some examples of the kind of things they make, but I also wanted to leave it open enough for ya'll to experiment if you'd like to! If it can be made using the resources listed, then it's fair game! I'd love to see what you make for yourselves! Good luck!
