Hello everyone again. So it's been 1,5 week since I trained the last time :( Why I'm so unlucky with the gyms here in Prague? damn it... I must figure something out. Training outside? there are no weights, jogging won't help much with keeping strength and size. And I don't want to get sick either :( that would be the last thing I want
