I did Hacken squats 60kg×10 😲 very nice, painless squats with awesome blood flow and pump (I always wrap my left knee when I go heavy)
It's the heaviest I had in the last 2 years! That's a huge progress, I'm happy
I did today: 1. Quads extension, 2. Hack squats, 3. Lunges in a machine, 4. Abductor, 5. Glutes bridge
Not much but my priotlrity was quads
