By they way! I'm trying a new way of training aka different split. Try it too!
I combine the following:
1st split: Middle delt + front delt + upper chest+ triceps
2nd split: Upper trapezius+ lower trapezius + latissimus dorsi (lats)+ rear delt +biceps
3rd split : Quads+ hams+ calves + glutes + abs
You train the muscles that fall behind FIRST, in the split
So if you train legs and your Hams suck, then you put the exercises for hams first.
I do at least 3 exercises for each muscle group
Recovery advice : How to determine which muscle to train first?
If you trained legs and then you recover 3 days or so, then you must wait another 3 days and only then train them again. Recovery days = extra waiting days. Same applies to other muscle groups :) Try it
