Diet, trainings and supplements

The diet on days off:
1. 3 whole eggs, 50g spinach, 30g avocado, 2 pieces of wholegrain rye bread (appx. 100g)
2. 170g of white fish, 100g of vegies + 1tbsp. of flaxseed oil, 220g potatoes (or sweet potatoes) boiled or baked with no oil
3. 170g chicken breast,  100g vegies + 1tbsp. flaxseed oil or olive, buckwheat 50g.
1650 kcal total
At the moment I'm 77kg and about to gain weight back
The cycle: from MaY 1st I take 1tb. of anavar (10mg). From May 23 I start taking 2 tb of anavar, 1 tb (10mg) in the morning and 2nd (10mg) in the evening, (when it's 3 months of anavar, then I do break from it), + 30u GH (1-0-1) in the morning on empty stomach, then I wait 30 min or 1h and after that I have breakfast, I use insulin syringe that has 100 units. I decided not to take Primobolan and turinabol at the moment. Maybe turinabol in the future. For now I just want to see how I react to my cycle with anavar and GH only.
I don't give any recommendations on dosages. I go very lightly with mine because I had bad experience, so...
The trainings: 
Monday- Legs (hams, quads calves)                           rep range 6-12 reps, minimum 5 sets of
                                                                                                   each exercise
Tuesday- Shoulders+ triceps+ abs                              rep range 12-15 (4-5 sets), abs 20-25, 4
                                                                                                   sets
Wednesdays & Thursdays  off
Friday- Back+ rear delt                                                      reps range 12-20 for back /10-12 for rear-
                                                                                                   4-5 sets
Saturday - Chest +  biceps + abs                                  reps between 6-12 for chest/ 8-12 for bis/
                                                                                                   20-25 for abs
During training i drink at least 1,5 L of water with BCAA (BCAA not necessary)
Rest between sets 40 sec. or 1min or 2 min (if it was a heavy set)
I go to the massage therapist for deep tissue massage once a week, he also cracks my back bone with neck (osteopath)
