Shipping Information and COVID

Font Lord here with just a bit of info about what's going on with shipping these days (both Pateron and Mysterious)
I'm sure I don't need to explain what COVID has done to the world these last few months, and especially with airlines and shipping routes closing down and not only that, the number of 'boots on the ground' in your country's postal services and port of entry is likely also massively reduced and disrupted. There's basically been delays at every step of the way.
So, without going into too much details about all the different types of issue I see when people write in, I would say that generally speaking, my information I give out to everyone who asks is the same.
We're looking at about 4-6 weeks transit time recently :(
And that's transit time. That doesn't include the time an item spends going from distribution center to distribution center inside China before finally being put on a boat/plane and sent to you.
Apologies for all the waiting you're having to do these days, and remember, I am certainly here to answer questions and give tracking links and ease your minds if you PM us (or contact us on Zendesk Customer Support). It just might take a little while to reply due to the number of messages I'm getting and the research I have to do on each particular order.
Once thing I would be interested in though is if anyone has received a print from us in the post recently? Like in the past 2 weeks?
If you could sound off in the comments, I could have a look at how long it was between shipping and delivery and that'll give me some more data for knowing what the average shipping times currently are.

If you are referring to an order from the Mysterious Shop then we REALLY need you to follow up on that via our support channel (support@mysterious.design). And for the pins... you can do that via the same email address or via Patreon's chat. But to answer your question, yes, these things are sent separately :)

I am still waiting for an art print I redeemed in February, tracking just stops April 17 and there is nothing updated after it. I just redeemed another print in May as well and haven’t received any shipping info (I never received a shipping notice for my February print either, had to contact someone to get tracking info). I am located near Toronto, ON. Canada
2020-06-07 19:17:44 +0000 UTCMy keys, pins, and patches haven’t come yet. The shipping lost track of them I think since they’ve been in transit for 38 days and the last update is from May 7th. I’m a little worried they might be lost but I’ll still have faith it’ll get here eventually.
2020-06-06 21:01:03 +0000 UTCI recently received a survey a few weeks ago for my 35 dollar tier etc and filled that out so I'm not worried about that. Pins haven't yet made it here but I'm sure they will. The longest wait has been for a different 35 tier one that shipped April 9th in backerkits status updates. Haven't seen it yet but I assumed it was covid delays. I've always eventually received everything from Mysterious and patreon for many years so I'm not too worried myself.

2020-06-03 10:44:20 +0000 UTCI have gotten an order from the Mysterious shop today (half of it anyway, waiting for the other half too) and I've sent a message to support about it as something came up with it. As for my Pins from April, I see on BackerKit they were shipped on May 24th (yikes), so I assume they will take a few more days at least.

2020-06-03 06:08:16 +0000 UTCHaven’t gotten anything sense the last poster shipped out before American’s Pre Pirate jam trip for checking everything. Which then extended to staying there till after Pirate jam. Pins/extras ordered with tracking has last May 7th update that hasn’t moved. Any and all posters just asked for tracking on them but seems they are stuck somewhere in shipping Chaos as well.

2020-06-02 05:06:24 +0000 UTCI have just recieved my second print as of 25/05/2020 here in Australia. $75 backer. Started in February. On a side note, it arrived the same day as the pin set. Other orders such as 2x Out of the Woods in December 2019 and recieved them Early January.
