Every kid has that rag tag group of friends that embraces everything weird about them.

Teddy and daniel have been best friends since the age of six when they met when their fathers took them to the park, and theyve been inseperable since. Daniel refers to the red panda as his "brotha from anotha motha" and his family sees him as such. Teddy is gifted with music, and constantly introduces the young lion to music he finds on his travels, the pair can easily be found browsing record stores together

Aimee met daniel on his first day. Being the goalie for the varsity soccer team, she does not let anyone push her around, but finds Daniels early shyness to be humbling and enjoys messing with him from time to time. Daniel and Aimee bond over art together, the pair being in studio art with one another. When not at practice, painting, or picking on Daniel and Teddy, Aimee can be found tending to her black mustang, "The Bat Mobile".

JD is co-captain of the varsity wrestling team and best friends with Mint. He quickly warms to daniel, meeting him in his human form treating him much like a little brother. Upon seeing Daniel in his wereform, JD has gained respect for Daniel, but still isnt afraid to pick him up for a noogie time to time. He is protective of the friends, which can sometimes lead to a detention or two.

Mint is JD's best friend and tag teaming partner. While he may not be on the wrestling team, both he and JD bond over wrestling and video games. Mints green coloring comes from the fact that he had gotten angry with his parents, and dyed his hair green out of rebellion, only to find that the coloring was permanent. He does not like Daniel much at first, finding the idea of a human hanging out with a group of weres to be suspect, but eventually warms up to him upon seeing him in his lion self. Mint loves to pin nicknames for the young lion, his favorite being "pussyfoot". While the dog may have a rough exterior, he acts as JDs number two when it comes to defending people.
