Some of you will point out that Nigel is not listed in Myra's mates. That's because the litter isn't in yet ;3

So, we're back to the regular upload schedule on thursdays, but this page uses up the last of my accrued backlog. No pressure on me or whatever 9w9 Truth be told, I should be far enough along on the current page to finish it up today for next week, but I'm likely going to be focusing on Forest Tails pages a little harder anyway, just to get that tasty, tasty backlog in <.<

In retrospect, the values of this page are all over the place again, which is rather bothersome :/ I'm trying to fix that with the upcoming page, but I've come to realize I'm going to have to invest more time into the concepting stage again ... that and I may have to drop certain things about how I structure the backgrounds to make the characters pop a little more.

Further experimentation will (finally) include an attempt to make the comic readable for people with partial or complete color blindness. I think I finally figured out a way to do that, without completely wrecking the "classic" look of the text/eyecolor pattern .... here's hoping, because I could sure do away with all that re-typing in the transscript Xb

Music selection is an unknown for this one, but I know I reverted back to Azax Syn and Bliss around that time, so I'll refer you to those old links.

As I mentioned above, I'm going to be experimenting with the text for the next page, see how that's recieved. As much as I don't want to cover up the artwork with ugly bubbles, I realize that the transscripts underneath the pages on the regular upload sites are hardly ideal.

What I thought I'd do is, I'll join the colors of the fonts behind them, to make the connection obvious, and use streaks of color and little flags to join text passages that belong together, then blur the lot to make sure the "glowing" quality of the text remains ... basically just like bubbles, but not.

I know that description sucks. Bear with me for now, you'll see what I mean next week.
