What you are talking about with the pizza is the difference between hand made, and machine made. Hand made food is better, and more unique and authentic. I also noticed that their dough is already pre-made as well, and all their ingredients are pre-packaged. This doesn't seem appealing to me, it's too "manufactured". A real pizza shop will make their own dough fresh each day from scratch, and roll it, or hand toss it, and same with the sauce. Refrigerating or freezing dough over night will cause a weird taste.
