2.0 Beta!
Added 2018-11-25 05:05:23 +0000 UTCSo, I've officially moved into the bug-squashing phase of 2.0! I had a change of heart with the naming; I was initially going to name this 1.5, but there's been such a drastic overhaul of the code that it's virtually unrecognisable. So 2.0 it is.
Changelog is as follows:
- Total rewrite of code. No stone left unturned, and the project should now be much more open to people that would like to contribute to the project. This was a mammoth task, but the technical debt has paid off.
- Multiple buildings. You can now create as many buildings as you like. No promises about performance if you make a trillion brothels, though!
- Editing NPCs. Save your notes, and rename the chap that you retconned because his name was slightly too ridiculous/not ridiculous enough.
If you'd like to help contribute, I'm in desperate need of bug-spotters. So either download and compile the source yourself to get into the guts of the generator, or you can use this super-secret .html, available only to you lovely Patreon supporters!
The next phase of development will be finishing up the churches + priests, and implementing some more building types; shipyards, dens of thieves, and such will all be where I focus my attention for 2.1.
