So the person who was originally behind their lore and storyline left a while ago (I actually think it was their CEO), I don't know if they were fired or quit or just left, but they are gone, so with that person out, now the team is changing direction as you can tell. You will notice the Avatars don't show up anymore, they are pretty much just removed now, I'd be surprised if we ever see them again. If you look at it from a 'lore' perspective inside the storyline, Black Mamba was defeated in "Girls" and now they are in the "Real World", thus no need to go back to Kwangya. However, the real background info is as I've said, that person who created their lore is gone, so now they are changing direction, and you'll have noticed this in their music and videos now as well.
