Gunwild: I'm honestly too young to have played the arcade game Sinistar myself, but I've heard of it. And I like that we got a way to visualize this hacking difficulty plot point. As Pac-Man Fever.
Psu: I too, only know of it thanks to YouTube. But I'm gonna bet that the main reason people remember it is because it's an awesome name and fun villain. It's like the Mario 2 Angry Mask except an entire game based around it.
Gunwild: Capering Coat's cargo pockets meet with my approval. Someday cargo pants or shorts are gonna come back in style, and I'm gonna keep so much nonsense on my person.
Psu: There's a lot on this page I like. tiny little details. I just noticed Eyebot's eyeball has dimmed so it's not easy to spot by the armed guards nearby. But I also like how Zeke likes the way that Cass likes to talk about butts. I think we talked about that a bit... lots of relationships in shows or stories, they always heighten the way couples are annoyed at each other. Makes for good drama. It's nice to see Zeke say the things he likes about Cass sometimes. He's probably less embarrassed to say so when she's not around.
Gunwild: I do not disagree. I think I was at least partially worried about how to fit it on the page, because I'm always concerned about adding another panel. Layout is hard enough, right?
Psu: This page IS loaded. It's always difficult when you have to transition between completely different scenes but I think the way Cassiopeia and Minx carry a conversation helps you through the whole thing. I do think in retrospect, it might've helped to have little Cassiopeia and Minx speaking bubbles though. But I was too busy working on five different perspective shots... And at least one of those involved an impossible isometric perspective.
Gunwild: Okay I'm sure I didn't call for that in the script.
Psu: No, not your fault. It just looked cooler. Like, I'm actually quite proud of that second shot. I think you and I both enjoyed Metal Gear Solid 1 at least. So I wanted to have like... boxes and shelves and ventilation shafts to sneak around. And to continue the videogame theme and feel of this mission, Kitty is off playing Pac-man. Which he might've been alive when the original was still a thing.
Gunwild: I hope people didn't expect us to explain that remark a ton in this story. Because that's a story of its own!
