Which is not a confirmation. Another thing, a technological cold war against who? The Russians, the same Russians that are losing against Ukraine? A cold war against the UK? Germany? Italy? All those nations are close military allies with the US. The only one country that almost makes sense is China, and they first started having real power after the Korean War.
