Gunwild: When I was a kid I didn't have posters 'cuz of money, but I definitely clipped out magazine pages and tore off comic covers and taped them on the wall of my bedroom for decoration.

Psu: I wonder if she put those action figures and merch as a business expense... anyway, I'm glad that Cupcake had a good moment. We knew it'd be her only scene this entire chapter!

Gunwild: Yep, you can only fit so many people on the away team... or in this case, bomber crew. Hey, Quinn-brand ice cream bar on her desk!

Psu: That wasn't part of her research. She just likes the all natural flavors. What other Easter eggs did we hide in that bottom panel?

Gunwild: Subtly, we have a picture of Clawlossus serving as a mount for Doll-Fin, because we had already decided at this point that although he bounty-hunts, he is an ally of those servants of righteousness!

Psu: I like that it has the announcers screaming on the left, and on the right it's pictures of them asking if they're "OTP." I think Gunwild was very specific about that OTP thing.

Gunwild: I think Kamsi and Vernon are a cute couple, okay?! Even if she is a bit boisterous. She's a space-Australian!

Psu: The Kitty Connection though, that requires some reading ahead on Cupcake's part. How'd she know that the cats would be friends?

Gunwild: Well, either as an operations officer she is very good at analyzing relevant information in the ship's computer database and drawing connections... or she figures cats prolly know cats.

Psu: That makes sense. I think one other thingy Gunwild once asked me about is what was with her mug. It's supposed to be the bottom half of a space ship, and it's a little window with a spaceman inside!

Gunwild: Yep, I thought that was neat. I'm wary of mugs without handles in case you've got hot stuff in 'em, but that's fun!

Psu: Speaking of fun. I wanted to point out one more detail. Cupcake's wearking a nice turtleneck but she's also in her underpants. The advantages of working from home, and just having a webcam from the chest up.

Gunwild: It's one of the uniforms of people doing research in a home office!
