"The Smug Jerk" probably won't be Lefyne's final nickname for his role in this heist. We have a few other options we like more (and are open to hearing yours).

I think this page is the first time we'll be featuring regular old dogs in the comic. Which makes me happy. I want dogs to be around for a long time to come. They're our BFF species, you know - we made them, and it was our first shot at crafting an animal, so hopefully there's a sense of responsibility there that'll continue.

There's going to be a bunch of exposition in panel 4, but with enough space left (hopefully) for an image that keeps it from being boring. Also as the script stands I've managed to avoid going over my self-imposed limit of 25 words to a bubble, which usually helps prevent wall-of-text overload. Maybe next time you read a comic with a huge balloon that has dozens and dozens of words in it, try to picture if the panel would look better had the creative team broken up that one big one into three moderately-sized ones.
