Added 2017-11-11 07:17:42 +0000 UTCA good tendency I have is to write five-panel pages. There are a lot of ways you can combine five panels, varying the sizes, leaving enough space for a big image, and establishing shot, enough chances to show the characters progress through a full set of interactions... point is, you can do lots of kinds of "shots" with five panels.
A bad tendency I have is to use the flexibility as an excuse to load down at least one of the panels with exposition. There are ways to make it not clunk, but I don't always succeed.

Without context and seeing the real update, to me it looks like Cass and Zeke are buying Minx a new body? Dang, and here I thought she'd have to survive an entire pun filled adventure with Cass as a disembodied head! XD Also, new pledge person here! Dunno how many months I can support, but I'll be glad to give what I can! Can't wait for the next update! XD Hopefully Minx will explain what the heck happened to her. On the topic of exposition, I personally like more showing than telling, but I do also understand that it must be tough to make decisions to make the story drag less while making each update entertaining. It must be stressful (>_
