Added 2017-09-30 00:53:05 +0000 UTCThis pinup is shaping up nicely, sure, but what happened to Mercy's clothes? Only Psu knows for sure... maybe her outfit was made of the same stuff Empowered wears. Also note that this one's getting colors before the inks are really nailed down, partly because what colors the "target" was wearing weren't planned out ahead of time and needed to be decided right on the canvas.
