Gunwild: The to/from card joke is so small I wonder if anyone missed it?
Psu: Oh my god this is so dorky and sweet it actually hurt my insides to see it again.
Gunwild: Do you remember that "gloob" considerably predates the first use of the Vanaa in the comic?
Psu: Actually I don't, what did we use it in?
Gunwild: I was describing how the Vanaa are drawn and Sat caught onto it.
Psu: Sat's one of the leading experts on Vanaa Physiology. If anyone would know the correct terminology it would be her. And well... you of course.
Gunwild: Well, the terminology in that one is mine, but turning it into a drawing guide was Sat's idea.
Psu: In the grand context of the comic, I think this strip may have outpaced where we were in the main story. I think everyone liked Kettering and Talps almost immediately, at least as quickly as they liked each other. But it might've been too early for a full on valentines cards. Or maybe it isn't. I forget. I haven't sent a valentines card in a LONG time.
Gunwild: Welp, just an excuse to do them again. Also, we're about to lean pretty hard on the Talps/Kettering thing in the upcoming pages, so it's good to review what we've done.
Psu: Yep yep. Lets not get ahead of ourselves. Like talking about explicit pairings for Cupcake there...
Psu: But in the moment, I'll say I like Cupcake's attitude the best. There's nothing wrong with being okay with yourself. I know it can be difficult but Valentines day is a pretty artificial thing to get mopey about.
Gunwild: Cupcake/Cupcake is an amazing pairing, because it's one I prefer in real life when I eat a cupcake and then go "I want another one" and eat that too.
