Gunwild: Happy Love Day!

Psu: I love this strip but in retrospect, it's one of those that really gets in the way of the flow of a story. Probably in a collected version, I'd separate these out of the flow of the chapter. Otherwise this is a nice bit of silly cuteness. And I think we do another one. Which I suppose kinda gets in the way of a space ship flying vertically to chase another tiny one...

Gunwild: Look, we gotta play to our strengths, and my strength is being a hack who falls back on puns.

Psu: They're practically part of the whole comic's culture. Puns and weird references to stuff in the middle of some sincere likeable characters somewhere in the space future. I think we have a whole species dedicated to that.

Gunwild: Yeah, humanity. In real life.

Gunwild: I do think Zeke talking over his is a nice, earnest touch that I believe was your idea and kinda saves the whole thing.

Psu: There isn't too much I can add here. I like Maddy's outfit and we don't see that one again for a while. Theira also has an unusual outfit for her, I suppose I'd like to see more of that. We don't get to put Cassiopeia in her space suit enough.

Gunwild: Tell you what, now that you've said that I'll make sure it's part of our intricate, silly plans for the next arc.
